Are your prices fixed?
We provide base pricing for standard 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with double lockup garages, Units and Duplex's. Dual Occupancy , or larger properties may attract a higher fee.

Yes. I hold a current Real Estate License in Queensland and maintain full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Do your reports include photos?
Absolutely. All reports include high-performance quality photographic evidence of the condition of each room, fixture, and area inspected.

I service the entire Gold Coast region, including Hope Island, Coomera, Helensvale, Broadbeach, Robina, Burleigh Heads and surrounds.
